Linda was born July 10, 1946 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late William Love and the late Harold and Dorothy Patrick Howard, Sr. Linda was a retired Highly Skilled Educator receiving her bachelor's degree from Morehead State University and her master's degree from the University of Alabama. She received numerous honors and awards including ABWA Woman of the Year (3 times), KEA award for best news letter in EKEA, had a biographies published in Personalities of the South and Whos Who in Women of the World, and was awarded the honor of Kentucky Colonel. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 1:00 PM by Pastor Mike Rice at Fairview Baptist Church, Main Street, Westwood, Kentucky.
